Position: Project Director
Location: Tang Shan, He Bei
Duration: about 4 to 6 months
Required Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
Professional certifications (preferred):
PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, SAFe, or equivalent
12+ years of progressive project management experience.
Proven leadership of large, complex, or multi workstream projects. Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style. Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
Experience managing senior stakeholders and executive governance.
Industry experience relevant to the project environment (e.g., construction, infrastructure)
Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles. High level of resilience, judgment, and decision making.
Ability to assess complex interfaces(design–procurement–construction).Excellent communication at executive and team levels.
