1.        Who has permitting coordinator project experience for grass root chemical or refinery plant experience, at least multiple projects and more than 5 years experience. Preferably, 10 years’ experience for permitting work.
2.        Who is available immediately or within 1 month and can stay at GI site(湛江) till 1Q of 2026.
3.        Who can provide an example of overall permitting control sheet, which identify the name of permit required from the beginning of EPC till starting up Plant Operation, excluding Plant name, or client name, etc.
